The meeting is scheduled to be held from October 31-November 4, 2021, at the UCLA Lake Arrowhead Conference Center, at 850 Willow Creek Road, Lake Arrowhead, CA 92352. The facility will provide group meals, in a private dining area so the participants will have maximum opportunities for mingling and informal discussions. At this time of year, the surrounding area provides hiking and other outdoor activities which could be used during free time in the early afternoon, before poster sessions. The facility offers four tennis courts, a putting green, a swimming pool and heated jacuzzis, and acres of virgin forest and shoreline. The guest rooms are duplex (shared) 2-story cabins with a bedroom and private bathroom on each story. Each room contains a fireplace.

The Conference Center is located high in the San Bernardino Mountains, just two hours from Los Angeles and San Diego, about one hour away from Ontario International Airport (click here for Google Maps).
For those traveling via provided buses:
The pickup point is on Sunday, October 31, 2020 at 2:30pm and 3:30pm at the Los Angeles Airport Marriott (NOT the LAX Courtyard Marriott) at 5855 West Century Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045 (310-641–5700). This is served by a shuttle that goes to/from each LAX terminal every 25 minutes (please verify the shuttle is for the correct Marriott). The Marriott has a Starbucks and three restaurants, as well as a lobby, to facilitate waiting. The buses will leave at 2:30pm and 3:30pm, so please allow time for the shuttle, finding the bus, etc.
There is no charge for the buses, but one must verify a bus reservation by October 1, 2021 by emailing Dr. Jeffrey H. Miller (firstname.lastname@example.org).
One bus leaves for LAX at 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 4. For those staying for lunch, shuttle vans will depart for LAX at 1:00 PM.
